Hi! My name is Diana Ospina and I have worked as a paralegal, administrative assistant, and legal assistant for the Miami Dade County for Several years. I am a Florida Certified Paralegal. I have worked for Large Corporate Law firms as well as smaller private law firms. I am currently in Law School as well. My main areas of experience are in Litigation, Personal Injury, Family Law and Immigration. I felt that with my experience my services will be very useful for solo attorneys and smaller law firms who can use extra help. I offer permanent, temporary and contract work. I am also offering Notary Services for Law firms and/or individuals.

The Founder

I have worked in different areas of law since 2021. I have done legal assistant, paralegal and administrative work. I have done E-filing, drafting and formatting pleadings, motion orders and much more. I have done proof reading, data entry and I have used LexisNexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook throughout the course of my duties. I have experience with Clio Management Software, My Case, and other legal software. I am a certified Florida Notary. Before I became a Paralegal I was a Flight Attendant with a U.S. Major airline for almost three years. I also have worked in insurance companies as an Underwriter many years ago. I am Bi-Lingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
